About

Nice to meet you, I'm Nem!

My experience in UX Design and Research has taught me that a problem is never as simple as the first solution. My work in Public Libraries taught me to inquire what users really want, but won't ask for.

I value my team and the work we do, whatever we're doing: my work style is supportive and collaborative.

Professional Experience

Writing & Storytelling

As a lifelong storyteller, I have a natural talent in making complicated concepts simple, and building a narrative out of any project.

Public Service in Libraries
As a Circulation Assistant in an urban public library, I felt the value of connection with community. I learned how to read between the lines—not to assume, but to ask clarifying questions.

User Experience Design

I put people at the forefront of my work. I collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and users to understand the breadth of an experience. I value majority and edge case opinions.
